The Challenges
Due to the site location, neighbouring buildings and restrictions of access, ensuring tender selection of a suitable Contractor will be vital, as construction processes will require detailed planning of labour and materials handling. A comprehensive risk workshop with client and consultants was necessary to ensure the objectives and outcomes of the project can be achieved. Extensive interaction with Authorities was necessary due to existing assets and easements on site.
Our Role
Management of consultant team for the Detailed Design suitable for open tender, procurement of contractors and project superintendence through to completion.
