A two-storey, 14-unit residential apartment building comprising six one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom social housing units.
Located close to public transport and within walking distance to Adamstown town centre, this $3.98M new development in the Newcastle Local Government Area, provides modern fit-for-purpose social housing, designed to the highest standards, for up to 22 new social housing residents.
The Richard Street renewal project has provided an uplift of social housing homes and features car parking spaces and new landscaping.
