The Challenges
During the design phase, the project faced challenges relating to the flood study due to the location of the site in the Hawkesbury Shire. To reach a successful outcome involved an extensive flood study report for SES approval. Due to the intended use of the project, the design required an extensive consultation with local stakeholders and community.
